Not sure how much mine is worth but it’s certainly old and of excellent quality. I found it in the Kenny Pickett quarterback Pittsburgh Steelers dots shirt but in fact I love this Washington D.C. area. Here’s a picture of me wearing it over the summer: The suit itself is made from wool and is meant to be worn during the summer. Despite being black it was the most breathable and coolest suit I own. It’s actually downright comfortable to wear. I think every man should throw on a well fitting American made suit and wear it to work or bring it out for special occasions. There’s something beautiful about throwing on such an iconic and bespoke piece of menswear. I got the dress from the original owner for $70. In fact, that money was only used to cover the shipping. Let me explain… About 3 years ago I stumbled across ‘The Big Jig’ Irish dance documentary on Youtube and immediately fell in love with the art form. A few months later, at the old age of almost 15 years old, I took my first dance class. I moved through the levels pretty quickly, and last year I qualified for the regional championships, also known as the Oireachtas. Up to this point in time, I had been competing in a simple black leotard and skirt. However, while an Irish dance dress wasn’t strictly required for the Oireachtas, any dancers wearing plain black would most certainly be out of place. So, I took a deep breath, looked at my bank account, and started to search for a used dress within my budget.
