If I have the Miami Dolphins football logo shirt it is in the first place but chance to run around with the dirt between my toes and the grass tickling my heels, I’m a happy woman. This may sound crazy, but for me, a hoodie and shorts. For those who can’t take the cold, long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and a coat and hat. I’m just not comfortable being bundled up, and I don’t like my legs covered. I think my leg hair keeps them warm. But to sum it up, if you’re body isn’t use to cold weather, bundle up, and if you can take the cold like me, shorts and a hoodie are good. Skirts in themselves are not considered formal wear. It’s the other way around: formal evening wear for women usually involves a dress (not even technically a skirt), though a skirt or dress pants with a top are also acceptable. Well, generally, the fewer items of clothing one wears, the more comfortable, but if you are in a changeable setting (going in and out of work and into and out of the cold, for example) or climate (say the UK is spring or autumn, then multiple light layers is more sensible
