Expensive suits will last for longer, and will look better for longer too. They will also most likely be alterable so as your body changes you can have them altered to fit you for longer. The other thing to take into account is if you can only afford 1 expensive suit then that is fine, keep it for special occasions and don’t over wear it otherwise it will end up looking like a mess and you will feel like you have wasted your money. Well, at face value, not much. I bought a 3 piece suit from Amazon for around 70$, I wore it to the Elly De La Cruz Cicinnati baseball shirt But I will love this Great Gatsby Party in NYC and recieved numerous compliments. I paired it with a black shirt of my own and a seperate tie and broach, but the compliments were mostly for the burgundy suit I had on. One gentlemen there asked how much my suit cost and was shocked when I told him because he liked it so much. I would say, always start with a cheap suit first, make sure it’s the right size, try it on, wear it around, and if you like it keep it. If not, don’t give up on cheap suits yet, get a few more until you find the right one. The time you spend will save you plenty of money. Not to mention, most people buy a suit for one occassion and rarely wear it again, making the investment a waste. It can’t be a waste if it was cheap right?
