Having said that, a former inamorata used to do impressions, using a face flannel and his Member. It’s typically how those kind of shirts are worn if you have a shirt underneath because it’s layering where you add another top layer on top of a t-shirt as a style technique and functionality. Always looks good especially for casual attire. If wearing without a shirt underneath then yes you can although I would reserve for very casual settings like hangout with friends at their house, at the beach as those are an occasion in which it can be appropriate. It’s all about occasion, if you are going to a dinner, night out with friends at a bar, or even going around town then I would say only have a few buttons open(two or three) as there is no reason for you to be exposing your chest and you can be viewed as obnoxious. Having a few buttons open still gives you that nice chest exposure without having to throw it at everyone’s face; it’s like a little tease where you show enough to get the job done without overdoing it. More then three and it’s just too much so I would do have two buttons undone, three max.
