So when I was around 12–13, I finally convinced my mum to let me wear jeans. She thought jeans were not fit for kids so she only let me wear corduroy trousers before. In 6th grade I decided that every girl needs to go through the justice phase. Prior to 6th grade I’d never been in a justice, so all through 6th grade I bought justice shirts, the ugly ill fitting justice jeggings, and I wore kids section 1/2 inch heels. I also wore my hair half up everyday with the same headband and hair sprayed it so much the top of my head felt like plastic. Yikes.
